The successful customer experience exec will join a flourishing company leading their sector with fantastic progression and development opportunities. Candidates with an interest in health, fitness and wellbeing will relish this opportunity to be part of an exciting journey for both themselves and the client over the course of their expansion. This role is a predominantly customer service lead, although some outbound sales to existing client base will contribute to your overall success and help increase your commission and bonus. Job Role & Requirements: The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with customer across all platforms, enhancing their experience and quality of service. You will also look to build on the success of their client relationships increasing sales with existing customers. Their team is made up of young, driven individuals who want to build exciting careers whilst balancing their personal lives too. This has allowed the current work force to take advantage of working from home and hybrid working. - 2-3 Years + within a Customer Service / Experience role preferred. - An active interest in health, fitness and wellbeing is desired. - Some soft selling or upselling experience would be beneficial. - Strong and confident communicator with good customer service skills. - Good IT Skills with Microsoft Office inc.
