A tech consulting company local to Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Financial Business Analyst to add to their growing team. This position will be focused on business requirements, specifically for the financial side of the house. The company offers a fully built suite of financial software products that customers can integrate into their applications to manage where money goes after either online check or POS system. The right candidate will have experience working on initiatives related to finance and understand what is needed to bring a brick-and-mortar merchant into the digital age. Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience writing and gathering financial business requirements
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of basic auditing techniques required to ensure compliance
  • Understanding of PCI-DSS and other regulatory compliance standards related to financials preferred
  • Experience working with key stake holders and technical teams to develop solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and clients alike by building trust and credibility
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, related field or equivalent work experience
