Learning Support Assistant You're currently working in the classroom supporting young people with SEN and you pride yourself on the contribution you make to children's education. The assignment: Supporting children's behaviour for learning Assisting children with their understanding of activities and encourage active participation in class Assisting with note taking A secondary LSA will have exposure to all the curriculum subjects You may work with individual learners in the classroom 1:1 or you may work with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
