Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a number of full time Support Workers and Teaching Assistants to work within one of our residential Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools based in Lymington, Hampshire. The young people have a primary diagnosis of Autism and/or Asperger's. We can offer you either night shifts or day shifts (you will never need to work a mix of both). This is a full time, permanent opportunity. The school offer a great benefits package for staff including the chance to train in a Level 3 qualification. They have also received an excellent rating from Ofsted. No experience is necessary, full training is provided and is fully supported by an experienced and dedicated team. If you are looking to get into the education sector and want to become a teaching assistant, this is a great stepping stone On day shifts you will work on a 2 week rolling rota that gives you 5 days off on one of the weeks, so in a 14 day period you will only work 7 days, each shift is 8am-8pm. You will never need to work a mix of days and nights.
