Their aim is to deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment management solutions through their Appointed Representative (AR) network. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to gain more experiences and exposures within Training & Competency in a highly skilled team working alongside Financial Planners/Advisers. Opportunities to progress within the business alongside studying towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice will be offered. Please read on for the Role Profile: Training and Competence Coordinate the delivery of a risk-based Training & Competence scheme for advisory staff to incorporate the requirements of the Senior Manager s Regime and the Certification Regime Oversee the adviser and firm staff database Distribute and monitor completion of mandatory online staff tests and Continuing Professional Development assignments Liaise with the Risk & Compliance team to ensure effective communication of training and competence across the business Monitor and manage any incoming queries to the team in a timely and efficient manner Responsible for generating management reports and issuing monthly updates to senior managers Liaise with T&C Associates and provide support and assistance where required Minute meeting notes Monitor overall T&C Activity Compliance Support Support and manage the onboarding application process of new firms and advisers Responsible to notify compliance and risk of any qualification updates or authorisation status changes to advisers Ad-hoc project work to support the compliance function as and when required This opportunity is home working but offices are available across the UK.
