Job Title: UX Designer Duration/Type of Employment: 6 Months Contract Work Location: Sunbury, UK (Hybrid Role 1-2 days office) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design Pricing platforms that meet the needs of our Pricing community. They will create accessible, aesthetically appealing and meaningful application that people are able to use easily. We need an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, they will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. Minimum Skillset/ Technical Qualifications: • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role • Strong portfolio of design projects • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture • Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe, Invision, Zeplin, etc.) • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus • Problem-solving aptitude • Analytical mind with a business acumen • Excellent communication skills • Artistic eye for design • Ability to think creatively • Accuracy and attention to details. • Degree in a design or computing-related subject, such as HCI (human computer interaction) Responsibilities include: • Understand product specifications and user psychology. • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success • Create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-user problems. • Conduct user research and user tests to observe behaviour and gather feedback. • Create personas and user journeys based on the user research and data. • Based on the test results, refine and tweak the application to the one people like and find easy to use. • Develop and maintain design wireframe, prototypes and user flows based on user needs. • Considering the human-computer interaction (HCI) elements, define UI specifications. • Work collaboratively with Program UX Designer and design team to incorporate brand identity, design standards, guidelines and best practices. • Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen design to Product Owner and UI developers to create intuitive, user- friendly applications. • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends • Participating in demonstrations of the product during the Iteration review and System Demo. • Participating Agile ceremonies like backlog refinement, PI (Program Increment) Planning and Iteration planning to understand the upcoming initiatives
